25th annual report from the Commission on monitoring the application of community law (2007)

This own-initiative report concerns the Commission's 25th annual report on monitoring the application of Community law (2007). Amendments address priority for complaints affecting fundamental rights and free movement, registration and handling of complaints and infringement procedures, the EU PILOT project and deadlines for Member States, keeping complainants informed, the role of national parliaments, transposition problems including of Directive 2004/38/EC, and pursuing Member States before the Court of Justice.
