2010 budget: other sections: guidelines

This dossier sets guidelines for the 2010 budget of the other sections, principally the European Parliament. The amendments address full multilingual services and documents to Members, the impact of the 2009 elections, co-decision powers and legislative staffing, administrative-expenditure ceilings and margins, interpretation and translation, communication projects such as Web TV, the Visitors' Centre and the House of European History, building and IT costs, and environmental goals.
