EU strategy for youth – investing and empowering

An own-initiative report on the EU strategy for youth, investing and empowering. The amendments cite the Charter of Fundamental Rights and UN conventions on the rights of the child and persons with disabilities, address youth unemployment and job insecurity, education and training, early school-leaving, health, housing and environment, youth participation and mobility, the Open Method of Coordination and subsidiarity, and developing indicators to measure progress.
