Summary
An own-initiative report on the EU strategy for relations with Latin America. The amendments address the biregional strategic partnership and the EuroLat Assembly, regional integration bodies such as UNASUR and Mercosur, recovery from worldwide recession and the economic, financial and environmental crisis, migration and the 'Return Directive', human rights and the rule of law, military expenditure, youth unemployment, and gender mainstreaming.
