Summary

A non-legislative decision on the protocol to the EU-Seychelles Fisheries Partnership Agreement on fishing opportunities and the financial contribution for 18 January 2011 to 17 January 2014. The amendments call for a fair market price per tonne of catch to combat exploitation and promote self-sustainability, and for the European Union to receive regular reports on the Agreement's implementation to support monitoring, transparency and policy coherence for development.
