Summary
This dossier concerns the European fishing sector in the context of an EU-Thailand Free Trade Agreement. The amendments treat canned and prepared tuna and fish products as sensitive products excluded from tariff liberalisation, demand strict rules of origin and limits on cumulation, a trade and sustainable development chapter, compliance with ILO labour standards and human rights given reported forced labour, and application of the IUU Regulation.
