Summary
A regulation on contractual relations in the milk and milk products sector. Amendments set rules for contracts on the delivery of raw milk and for collective price negotiation by recognised producer organisations on behalf of farmer members, define volume thresholds as percentages of Union and national production, reference the price volatility and crisis of 2007-2009, protected designations (PDO/PGI), and the expiry of dairy quotas.
