Summary
This dossier sets guidelines for the 2011 budget, section III (Commission). Amendments discuss commitment and payment appropriations and the Multiannual Financial Framework ceilings and its revision, the impact of the Lisbon Treaty, the economic and financial crisis and the European Economic Recovery Plan, and prioritising youth, mobility, education and training, research and innovation, green technologies, SMEs and entrepreneurship.
