An interinstitutional agreement decision on a transparency register for organisations and self-employed individuals engaged in EU policy-making. The amendments debate making the register compulsory, financial disclosure of lobbying expenditure, the register's scope and the treatment of social partners, churches, political parties and local, regional and municipal authorities, access badges to Parliament, the Council joining the agreement, a joint register secretariat, sanctions for non-compliance, and a review of the register.
