Summary
Proposed regulation on European Regional Development Fund support to the European territorial cooperation goal for 2014-2020. Amendments recall the Multiannual Financial Framework and cohesion funding, set the territorial cooperation share and its split between cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation, address NUTS regions, managing and audit authorities, staff cost flat rates, and cross-border challenges such as accessibility, transport links, labour markets and tourism.
