Summary
This dossier concerns the common organisation of agricultural markets, specifically the single payment scheme regime and support to vine-growers. Amendments revise provisions of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 on Member States granting support to vine-growers, providing that funds from the national envelope for viticulture remain available to the wine sector and that per-hectare payments to vine growers may be exempt, and on transferring amounts within the Single Payment Scheme.
