Summary
A regulation on the conservation of fish stocks through measures in relation to countries allowing non-sustainable fishing. The amendments define a 'stock of common interest' and the conditions for considering a country to allow non-sustainable fishing, and the measures that may be taken, such as import restrictions on fish products and on the use of Union ports, requiring compatibility with the World Trade Organization and prior evaluation of their effects.
