Summary

Consent procedure on the accession of Gabon to the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The amendment provides that the Member States shall simultaneously deposit a declaration of acceptance of Gabon's accession to the Convention within a set deadline after adoption.
