Summary

This dossier concerns the accession of Albania to the Hague Convention (1980) on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The amendment provides that the Member States shall simultaneously deposit, by a set deadline, a declaration of acceptance of Albania's accession to that Convention.
