Summary

This dossier concerns a Protocol on the concerns of the Irish people regarding the Treaty of Lisbon in the areas of right to life, family, education, taxation and military neutrality, and consent not to convene a Convention. The single amendment states that all EU institutions are obliged, in interpreting and applying primary and secondary law, to comply with the decision of the European Council of 19 June 2009.
