Summary
This dossier concerns the statute for a European cooperative society with regard to the involvement of employees. The amendments revise recitals on cooperatives' role in the European economy and social innovation, employee participation and governance, high-quality and inclusive employment, varying national legislation, the limited uptake of the SCE statute with only seventeen SCEs established by 2010, and cross-border employee involvement.
