Statute for social and solidarity-based enterprises

This dossier is a legislative-initiative report on a statute for social and solidarity-based enterprises. The amendments revise recitals on the variety of national legal frameworks, the absence of a common European framework, the contribution of cooperatives, mutuals and social enterprises to employment and social cohesion, a possible European label, and the relationship with public social protection and welfare.
