Summary
This dossier sets out recommendations on negotiations on the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement. The amendments address the sentencing of former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko and concerns over rule of law, the judiciary and media freedom in Ukraine, the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area, Article 49 TEU on EU membership, the timing of ratification, and recommendations of the Venice Commission and OSCE/ODIHR.
