Summary
This own-initiative report is the EU citizenship report 2010 on dismantling obstacles to EU citizens' rights. Amendments address removing cross-border barriers to free movement within the Single Market, recognition of professional qualifications, portability of pensions, and access to banking and cross-border healthcare. Others promote one-stop-shop information points, the SOLVIT network and out-of-court dispute resolution, air passenger rights, and a Single Market Forum.
