Summary
This dossier concerns completing the digital single market. The amendments address broadband and internet access, net neutrality, consumer trust, privacy and data protection, cross-border e-commerce and barriers from fragmented national rules, VAT 'one-stop-shops' and e-invoicing, integrated card, internet and mobile payments and SEPA, electronic identification and signatures, e-government and digital public services, copyright and intellectual property, digital skills, and cyber-incident contingency planning.
