Summary
Legislative proposal on measures facilitating the exercise of rights conferred on workers in the context of free movement of workers. The amendments emphasise the right to move and reside in another Member State for work, protection against discrimination on grounds of nationality, awareness, application and enforcement of these rights for workers including frontier workers, legal protection and redress, and the role of workers' interest representation.
