The dossier concerns the EU guarantee to the European Investment Bank against losses under financing operations supporting investment projects outside the Union for 2014-2020. The amendments address EIB financing in support of Union external action, eligible countries and delegated acts, access to financing for SMEs, social, environmental, economic and transport infrastructure, climate change mitigation and adaptation, alignment with Union external policies and Article 21 TEU, and development cooperation.
