Summary
Own-initiative report on the impact of the crisis on access to care for vulnerable groups. Amendments address the right to health protection, the effect of the economic crisis and austerity measures on national health budgets and the most disadvantaged groups, gender inequalities in access to health, women's care responsibilities, maternity and neonatal care, premature births, and calls on Member States to guarantee universal and quality health care.
