European Central Bank. Annual report for 2012

This own-initiative report is the European Central Bank annual report for 2012. The amendments revise recitals on eurozone GDP and unemployment forecasts, the ECB's interest-rate cuts, the Eurosystem's consolidated financial statement, Emergency Liquidity Assistance and long-term refinancing operations. They cite the ECB's price-stability mandate under Article 282 TFEU, the prohibition of monetary financing of governments, the European Systemic Risk Board, transparency of voting, and difficulties facing SMEs in accessing credit.
