Summary

An own-initiative report on regional policy as part of wider state support schemes. The amendments address the draft regional aid guidelines and the State aid modernisation programme, the General Block Exemption Regulation, the legal basis under Article 109 TFEU, transparency, the relationship with cohesion policy and structural funds, eligibility of large enterprises, and rules on relocation and firms in difficulty.
