Summary
An own-initiative report on delivering multimodal integrated ticketing in Europe. The amendments address seamless door-to-door travel set out in the 2011 White Paper, EU-wide journey planning, information and ticketing services, integration of transport modes, opening up the rail market and governance of infrastructure managers, opportunities for SMEs and start-ups, gender inequality in the transport sector, and personal mobility as a prerequisite for basic freedoms.
