Summary
This own-initiative report covers the annual reports 2012-2013 on subsidiarity and proportionality. The amendments address the application of subsidiarity and proportionality to the common commercial policy and trade agreements, mixity of agreements and the EU-Singapore FTA referral, investor-state dispute settlement, ex-ante impact assessments, consultation of citizens and SMEs, and the involvement of national parliaments in the legislative process.
