Summary
A regulation on a multiannual recovery plan for Bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean. The amendments transpose ICCAT recommendations into Union law including via delegated acts, address fishing gear types with particular attention to small-scale, artisanal and traditional gear and traps, quota allocation among gear groups, vessel and trap limits, purse seiners, release of live juveniles, control through stereoscopic cameras and sampling, and the "Almadraba" trap fishery.
