The amendments call for completing passenger rights for multimodal journeys with integrated traveller information, intermodal ticketing and better accessibility for elderly, reduced-mobility and disabled passengers; they address the quality of work and conditions of transport workers, gender participation, and warn against social dumping, monopolies or oligopolies.
