Conclusion of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea Bissau

This own-initiative report concerns conclusion of the Protocol to the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Guinea-Bissau. Amendments revise recitals on negotiations concluded on outdated stock-assessment data, sustainable fisheries cooperation, local and artisanal fisheries, a Joint Committee addressing corruption, fund transfers forming part of Guinea-Bissau's budget, sectoral cooperation, monitoring and surveillance, access limited to surplus stocks, and a non-discrimination clause.
