Meeting the antipoverty target in the light of increasing household costs

This own-initiative report addresses meeting the antipoverty target in light of increasing household costs. The amendments call on the Commission and Member States to combat poverty and social exclusion, address energy poverty, housing, heating and homelessness, propose minimum income schemes above the poverty threshold, and link Structural and Investment Funds and energy efficiency to reducing households' energy costs.
