Summary
This own-initiative report addresses human rights and migration in third countries. Amendments characterise migration as a multidimensional global phenomenon, revise recitals on the blurred distinction between migrants, refugees and asylum-seekers, stateless people, women and children migrants, the right to leave and return to one's country, and cooperation among countries of origin, transit and destination against trafficking.
