Delivering a new deal for energy consumers

This own-initiative report concerns delivering a new deal for energy consumers. Amendments rework wording on the energy transition toward a decentralised, flexible and renewables-based system, on consumers producing their own energy and becoming energy-efficient ('prosumers'), and on energy security and reducing consumption. Others address unfair commercial practices such as doorstep selling, interconnection of national networks, and protection of vulnerable households.
