Implementation report on Europe for citizens

This implementation report concerns the Europe for Citizens programme. The amendments debate whether the programme is running well with rising applicants and project quality or should be cancelled or scrapped, address the simplification of the programme structure and financial arrangements such as lump-sum payments, the role of the Commission and the EACEA and National Contact Points, synergies with other EU programmes, funding limits, and enhancing visibility and communication.
