This dossier concerns enhanced cooperation on jurisdiction, applicable law and the recognition and enforcement of decisions in matters of matrimonial property regimes. The amendments, several of which are deletions, address the relationship with prior bilateral and multilateral conventions, the definition of a participating 'Member State', and jurisdiction based on the location of immovable property of the spouses.
