Making available on the market of CE marked fertilising products

A legislative dossier on making CE marked fertilising products available on the market. The amendments set cadmium and phosphorus pentoxide limits with phased dates, regulate plants, compost and sewage or industrial sludge as component materials, require registration under Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, and add monitoring and reports on the impact on phosphate rock imports, cadmium removal processes and European Neighbourhood and developing countries.
