Summary
Proposal on copyright and related rights for certain online transmissions and retransmissions of broadcasting organisations' television and radio programmes. Amendments adjust the scope of ancillary online and retransmission services, the country-of-origin principle, the clearing of rights from right holders, and remuneration, with references to Directives 2001/29/EC, 2006/115/EC and 93/83/EEC.
