Summary
A proposed amendment to the Capital Requirements Directive covering exempted entities, financial and mixed financial holding companies, remuneration and supervisory measures. The amendments set conditions under which public development institutions may be exempted (including state guarantees, public-interest objectives and an asset threshold of EUR 30 billion), address own-funds add-ons and capital buffers tied to systemic importance and the Basel framework, and add requirements such as gender-neutral remuneration policy.
