Summary
The dossier concerns the mobilisation of the Contingency Margin in 2017. The amendments address mobilising the Contingency Margin over the commitment ceiling of heading 3 to respond to migration, refugee and internal security needs, the exhaustion of the margin and the Flexibility Instrument, additional reinforcement of heading 3 over 2018-2020 including Europol, the reception and integration of migrants versus border control, and the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
