Summary
This dossier concerns mobilising the Flexibility Instrument for provisional measures in the area of international protection for Italy and Greece. The amendments consider further increasing the number of applicants relocated to adapt to changing refugee flows, describe the emergency relocation mechanism as a test case for a permanent scheme, mobilise EUR 150 000 000 in commitment appropriations, and require Member States to report on the use of funds.
