Summary
This dossier concerns mobilisation of the Flexibility Instrument for immediate budgetary measures under the European agenda on migration. The amendments, citing Article 11 of the MFF Regulation, stress that the Union budget can be flexible but must be more targeted, note the additional appropriations rely on carry-overs, and call on the Commission to present a draft budget decreasing commitment appropriations under headings 3 and 4 no longer considered priorities.
