This budgetary dossier concerns mobilisation of the Flexibility Instrument to address challenges of migration, refugee inflows and security threats. The amendments reject the mobilisation of the instrument and its use for the Security and citizenship heading, in particular financing the reception of migrants in Member States, and disapprove the decision annexed to the resolution.
