An own-initiative report on implementing Directive 2012/29/EU on minimum standards for the rights, support and protection of victims of crime. Amendments cite international instruments including the Istanbul Convention and CRPD, address transposition and infringement procedures, fragmented and uncoordinated victim support services, women victims of gender-based violence, and underreporting affecting minorities, migrants and LGBTI persons.
