Summary
Resolution on the adequacy of protection afforded by the EU-US Privacy Shield. Amendments note opinions of the EDPS and the Article 29 Working Party, that the Privacy Shield rests on PPD-28 issued by the President, and comparisons with the former Safe Harbour, and reference legal challenges to the Adequacy Decision before the CJEU and the Irish High Court by groups including La Quadrature du Net and Digital Rights Ireland.
