New heavy-duty vehicles: monitoring and reporting of CO2 emissions and fuel consumption

This dossier concerns the monitoring and reporting of CO2 emissions and fuel consumption of new heavy-duty vehicles. The amendments revise recitals describing greenhouse gas emissions from lorries, buses and coaches, address atmospheric pollutants, electro-mobility, the VECTO monitoring system, public availability of data for operators and SMEs, and reference a manufacturers' cartel; they also amend monitoring parameters in the annex.
