A recast legislative proposal on interoperability of electronic road toll systems and cross-border exchange of information on failure to pay road fees. Amendments address the European Electronic Toll Service (EETS), non-discriminatory access to EETS domains, domain statements, fair remuneration of EETS providers, accreditation, the 5.8 and 5.9 GHz bands and C-ITS, conciliation bodies for disputes, cross-border enforcement, and protection of personal data.
