European citizens’ initiative

This dossier concerns the European citizens' initiative. The amendments address the minimum age for supporting an initiative, the minimum number of Member States, online and paper collection and certification of statements of support, the time limit for collection, partial registration, processing of personal data, transparency of funding sources, an online register and collaborative platform, translation into official languages, and the Commission's examination of and response to valid initiatives.
