New heavy-duty vehicles: CO2 emission performance standards

This dossier sets CO2 emission performance standards for new heavy-duty vehicles. The amendments address commitments under the UNFCCC (COP 21), deployment of zero- and low-emission vehicles and urban mobility, recharging and refuelling infrastructure for alternative fuels, the social impacts of the low-carbon transition, the VECTO simulation tool, fuel-efficiency 'eco-features' and credits, and the zero- and low-emission factor.
