Environment policy: alignment of reporting obligations

The dossier is a proposed act aligning reporting obligations in environment policy. The amendments seek to simplify and streamline reporting obligations while keeping the administrative burden limited and ensuring public access to environmental information; they address electronic and timely reporting by Member States, classification of environmental damage, deadlines for noise maps and action plans, delegated acts, the European Environment Agency, and Commission evaluations published as a Union-wide overview.
