Summary
This is an own-initiative report on the WTO and the way forward. The amendments debate whether trade liberalisation reduces poverty and inequalities or can have negative effects on sustainable development, call for a fair-trade agenda benefiting developing countries, address special and differential treatment, the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement, food security, human rights, the Sustainable Development Goals and climate change.
